Libby leaned against the fence without a sound as her soft green iris studied the scene in front of her. Watching the head strong stallion bolt like lightning from every which way in an attempt to get the human off his back. Charles sitting there seeming as though he was enjoying the ride the whole time. It wasn't quite how Libby breaks horses, but whatever works. And this seemed to be working.
Suddenly, as Charles pulled back on the reins, the wild beast beneath him stopped abruptly, just as it was told. Amazing. She spoke within her mind, then looked up at the boy's face, his seeming to say the same thing. How could a wild horse know so much already? She thought to herself, maybe it was already trained, or at least started, but then something happened, trauma perhaps... The girl's thoughts trailed off as she focused back to reality, unknowing of the horse's past, she just arrived here at the stables of course.

Charles smirked and pat the stallion's neck and pulled out a sugar cube from his pocket and reached it out towards his nose, the stallion sniffed it for a moment but took it. Charles looked to Libby and tipped his black cowboy hat in respect"How about you go saddle up Dazzle and we can train them?" He spoke and Ryan looked to Libby then back to Cherokee who was still tight as a log.
Charles tapped his spurs and the young stallion began to walk towards Libby just as told, Charles stopped him next to her and Cherokee pulled his black tipped ears back and stood there in a angry sort of look, but kept his head high.

Libby smiled and continued leaning against the post, looking up at Charles, paying no attention to the the stallion and his angry disposition towards her. "I'd love to train with you, but my horse isn't exactly rideable yet." She gave him a smirk and raised one eyebrow. "And you see, my style of training is slightly different than yours."
ooc: Bleh, really short and icky.

Charles grinned and rubbed the stallions neck again than looked back to Libby"Well..I can help you with that"He laughed, Cherokee was sweating, and his mouth was foaming from Charles pulling so hard, but hey, he would have done worse if Cherokee did not listen.
Charles reached for Libby's hand"Here, save some energy and you can come on up and i will bring you to the barn." Charles offered, Cherokee perking his ears to a bird hopping on the ground, he stomped a hoof and threw his head up and down. So he was one of those horses who hated standing still for more than 5 minutes.

As a sly grin spread slowly upon her face, Libby took a couple steps forward, now standing next to the impatient animal. Reaching up, Libby grabbed Charles hand, sliding her foot into the well worn leather stirrup, she boosted herself up, grabbing the back of the saddle with her other hand, swinging her leg over to the other side, adjusting herself to sit on the fidgeting animal. She was ready though, holding on to the saddle firmly, knowing good and well that Cherokee wasn't about to stand still as more weight was put on his back.

Cherokee snorted and threw his head back"EASY"Charles shouted and Cherokee calmed, Charles smiled and tapped him into a collected trott towards the stable, Ryan just watched as they rode off and soon realized that he was alone and snapped into thought again and jogged back to the barn. Charles dismounted first so that Libby could go on the saddle to dismount while he held onto the leather reins.

Scooting up into the saddle, Libby leaned forward and rubbed the stallion's lean neck. "Good boy, good boy Cherokee." She whispered into his ear as the palm of her small hand pressed firmly, moving in large circles on his smooth neck just under his mane.
Leaning back up, sticking her boot in the stirrup, she dismounted, patting the horse again. "Thanks for the ride." Libby said smiling, looking over at the pacing filly who emitted a loud whinny, then a song of impatient nickers escaping her mouth.

Charles watched as Libby dismounted Cherokee seemed fine with the whole extra weight stuff. He looked to the pacing filly and smiled "Have you been able to tack her up yet?" Charles asked Libby turnning Cherokoee to face the filly. Cherokee back stepped un easily and tossed his large head back"Easy Boy" Charled spoke softley rubbing behind his ear and he snorted and calmed down. Charles smiled at the stallion, looking into his eyes he could still see the wild flames burning, Cherokee seemed confused and frustraited of everything.

Libby walked over to Dazzle, the filly immediately stopped her pacing and leaned her head towards the teen as far as she could, swiveling ears alert like usual. "Nope, haven't gotten that far yet, but she's ready." Libby paused, rubbing the horse's lean neck as Dazzle stared at Cherokee, unmoving except for the occasional swish of a tail. "I'll probably tack her up in a couple days, I want her to get a little more settled in first. More comfortable..." Libby turned her gaze away from her horse then back to Charles, still touching the filly's velvety nose.

Charles shook his head"Libby, she is ready now, This big boy was wild as the wind and i broke him in again the day he arrived, now go fetch her tack" Ryan spoke smiling and looked to Cherokee who was pawing at the ground in an un friendly manner as a stable hand walked by and Charles tapped his nose, Cherokee snorted and flicked his audits forwards and looked to Dazzle the young filly who was watching him.

Libby shook her head slowly, looking down to the ground, then touching the filly's nose, stroking her face from forehead to lips, Dazzle standing there quietly, normal alert ears slightly relaxed. "I'm not like you, Charles. I can't train a horse just by jumping on and letting it attempt to buck me off. That's just not what I do." She glanced over at him, still looking slightly lower, not quite into his eyes. She then turned and looked into the horse's eyes, not talking as the horse looked straight back into hers. After a moment of silence, Libby turned and walked over to the tack room, grabbing her western saddle, bridle and blankets. Walking back over to the three, she stopped back at the front of Dazzle's stall, plopping the tack onto the ground, then turning and looking at Charles. "I guess I could tack her up today, then lunge her for awhile and see how she does." She gave a small smile and a shrug.

Charles just scratched his hair to mess it up"That's fine, not everyone has skills like me" He laughed and pat Cherokee's neck, the stallion then rubbed his head on Charles's arm trying to scratch the bridle on his muzzle and Charles almost fell over, it sort of spooked Cherokee, so the young stallion jumped back slightly. Charles pulled on the reins after regaining his balance. Cherokee snorted quietly and calmed down, Charles smiled, he was obviously still green but who could break a horse with one simple run around the open out of the barn. Charles looked back to Libby"I guess well you lunge her I can work with this overgrown beast" He spoke quitley and Cherokee was listening in on his convosation, so his ears flicked back when Charles called him a beast"Uh, you need any help?" He asked Libby and walked into the tack room and grabbed his lead rope, he came back and tied it around his neck then tied it on his stall so his nose was against the gate, Charles knew one thing about this horse already and that was that he would bite another horse if he was given the chance.

Libby laughed and rolled her eyes. "Oh yeah, you have mad horse training skills." She said to him in an exaggerated voice as she turned back to Dazzle who was now tied up in the stall as Libby finished brushing her. The horse really wasn't dirty at all. She was bathed and clipped before the long trailer ride over to the stables. "No thanks, I think I got it." She said with a smile after she put the brush back. Reaching down, Libby grabbed the dark green blankets and placed them on the horses back gently, Dazzle sidestepping not being used to something being on there. Patting her neck, Libby cooed to Dazzle, the filly settling down as Libby readjusted the blankets once more. Grabbing the large western saddle, she placed it on top of the blankets, setting it there for a moment as Dazzle sidestepped yet again from the slight weight. Giving her another pat and reassuring words, the horse quieted as Libby quickly cinched up the saddle. Dazzle shook, attempting to remove the saddle, but to no avail, it was stuck. Libby gave a smile and turned to Charles. "Well I think she did pretty well for the first time." Libby didn't believe in just jumping on horses and letting them buck and kick to try and get the person off. She felt that it was more stressful for the animal and taught them to buck and rear when the rider is on. But that's just her opinion, she didn't care what other people did, as long as it worked for them, it was alright with her. It's just not her particular training method. After messing with the saddle some more, Dazzle calmed down and seemed to accept the the thing strapped to her middle. Libby then grabbed the bridle and slipped off the halter, holding her arm over the horse's head, she wiggled her finger in the corner of Dazzle's mouth, then gently sliding the broken bit inside, buckling the bridle to the proper length. Dazzle chomped on the cold hard piece of metal inside her mouth for a little, knowing that this wasn't the first time it had been in here. "She's had the bridle on a couple times before. I like to get the horses used to them first, it's just so much of a hassle to get a bridle into the mouth of a head shy horse." Libby said this almost to herself, somewhat of thinking out loud. Grabbing the reins, Libby turned and walked out of the stall, Dazzle prancing behind, side stepping this way and that, not used to anything touching her stomach. "Ready?" She said looking at Charles as she rubbed the filly's sleek neck.
